Nan Madol - remains of MU?

Known for a few decades, a new Science Channel program brought the mystery to the spotlight again:

Can it be somehow related with the continent of MU? Geographically seems to make perfect sense but...

the blocks at gunung padang in indonesia remind me of nan madol so much ....
