Thanks for everyone who posted, I really think that I should make more research and hear a lot of more opinions before thinking in someone as a some kind of mesias or choosen one, Sai Baba is really well advertised in a lot of books I have friends that even put him as the "second coming" and I agree he shouldn't refer to himself as GOD this is so a blasfemy a big one, so I think this post and your answers were very helpfull to me ...

Sorry for coming to the party late - I just saw your post.

I recall seeing a US 'documentary' on Sai Baba many years ago where he proclaimed not only to be God but the "reincarnation of God" ... an interesting turn of phrase.

I would have thought that anyone who saw that program would have immediately asked ... When did God die? Why? And, more importantly, what happened to the Universe in the mean time?

Hi Psi, I have already stopped reading and researching about this person, he obviously is a charlatan but I was confused at the beginning because of their stories about his "miracles" etc. Too bad that a lot of people really believe in him and even worship him, glad I am no longer one of them, thank you to all of you who helped me to open my eyes about this topic.
