Jesus buried in Kashmir India?

Post: # 5900Post InfoSource »

According to one website Jesus was buried in Srinagar, Kashmir, India.

http://www.tombofjesus.com/home.htm

The websites evidence is based on ancient texts that come from Islamic, Christian, Hindu, and Chinese sources

They are also some video clips of documentaries that talk about Jesus surviving the crucifixion on the website

I didn’t find any sources on the website pointing to Jesus being buried in Japan, but there were some saying that he ventured to China

Maybe not, but it would be interesting to know where the truth lies in regards to Jesus’ burial grounds, was it in Judea as the Bible says, or in Shingo Japan as TP says, or in Kashmir India as the website says?

Jesus is an important historical and spiritual figure, knowing more about him doesn't hurt. The main focus should be on his teachings but the facts of his life are important too

If he wasn’t crucified and resurrected as TP and the Bible state then many people around the world who believe in that (over a billion people) are believing a lie

I don’t think believing in false ideas is good for your spiritual development

From the site:

Bhavishya Mahapurana- no evidence that Jesus is buried in india but there is evidence that someone was there who was born of a virgin (isn't that Joshua who is buried in Shingo?)

Regarding the Muslim evidence, first you have to take note that Islam came in about 600 years after Christianity It is almost impossible to decipher anything relevant from the site regarding Jesus since the evidence to which the muslim scripts refere to is either lost or not presented on the site. Please know that according to the Quran the prophet Jesus is referred to as "Issah" if there was any evidence supporting the idea that Yuzasaph (Yuz Asaf or any other variations of the name) was Jesus(or Joshua) Muslims would have been documenting it as "Issah" and not anything else. Notice the sentences like, "It is written...", "It was said..." etc. where? by whom? the scripts don't give account of the source of the information they represent.

The rest of the evidence speaks of itself too. No clue to either who is talked about or about where is the person buried.

We know that Joshua has traveled a lot ;)
