Wikipedia deleted Thiaoouba Prophecy article

Post: # 11812Post sfwan »

Dear Friends,

Wikipedia deleted both Thiaoouba_Prophecy and Abduction_to_the_Ninth_Planet articles with this justification: "Non-notable work by an unknown publishing company. I haven't been able to find any information on "Arafura Publishing" as an independent entity".

Does anybody have experience with Wikipedia in how to make them restore a deleted article?

Thanks.
s.

They seem to do this with a lot of the more controversial stuff lately.

If you want to spread the word though, the book can now be easily obtained from scribd. People can even read it online as you can get a full page view and the search works IMO even better than in most PDF readers. I use it a lot when researching stuff based on the book..

That may actually be a good thing. The description there was sometimes mentioned to be a cause of confusion.
I'm delighted to know we are discussing a Non-notable work.

I placed this copy up there because I felt that there would be a need as time goes on and other sites become more restricted. I'm glad it's made its way back here.

The variant of Wikipedia is written very uneducated. And the delete of the article can be considered only from a good side there were very much many errors in the that article - which discredited work only.

We did fail to manage the whole thing properly, we were warned for a long time about what's missing in the article. Partly I feel I could do better to maintain and update the wiki article appropriately.

This may seem unrelated, but is one example of what just could have saved the wiki article from deletion. I heared in the BBC news that they found undeniable evidence in graves that dated at the same time as the pyramids, of that "the pyramids were not built by slaves" Zahi Hawas (dunno if I spelled the name correctly) confirmed it on TV.

I just find it amusing that the TP article was removed from wikipedia as such news is coming out.

The reasons for the removal is very simple.: The article writing is not balanced and lack of references and in particularly good references. The people who wrote it make it as it it is true. Even we think it is true, we need to make sure that the articles are written from the skeptic points of view. All books have ISSN so it can be traced. I have been warned that very long time ago before even the Wikipedia gave the warning but people didnt listen. If anyone has the old copy of the wikipedia, I can help to reformat in a well-balanced with solid evidence supporting and against what is written on the books based on what we have known and what we are not so sure of it.

Deglacial history of the West Antarctic Ice Sheet in the Weddell Sea embayment: Constraints on past ice volume change
Michael J. Bentley et al., Dept. of Geography, University of Durham, South Road, Durham DH1 3LE, UK. Pages 411-414.

The volume of the Antarctic ice sheets during the last ice age is still not well-constrained. Bentley et al. provide new geological field evidence from the Ellsworth Mountains, in the southern Weddell Sea region, coupled to an ice sheet model that shows that the maximum ice sheet in this region was probably smaller than previously suggested. The data also suggest that the ice sheet thinned progressively over the last 15,000 years. The findings have implications for understanding the source of meltwater pulse-1A, a rapid rise in sea level about 14,500 years ago.

from http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/ ... 043010.php

there also is something regarding magnetic pole reversal known as 'gothenburg flip' estimated to be 12,500 yeasr BP. i believe it was Hapgood's theory?

no data found yet for red sea or galapagos asteroid impacts or other volcanic eruptions.

the following link may help to clarify meltwater pulsewave 1-a mentioned previously, with C-14 data

dig and dig....there doesnt seem to be any geological evidence of the big impact that has tilted the earth axis and almost kill all the human-kind...such a big asteroid must have left some evidence.......

how does radiation from impacts affect dating methods? Im ignorant to this part of the process [most of it, truthfully]. no geology in my background whatsoever. not even basic.
