Hydrogen clean energy

Discussion on technology and how it could be used to assist spiritual development and NOT enslave us. This includes technology that will help us live in harmony with Nature (e.g.: "Lifter" technologies that could replace the petrol driven engine). Also, discussion of past and current scientific thought so that gems are not buried in the sands of time, and spiritual progress through science is achieved.

Hydrogen clean energy

In the book, it was suggested to switch from fossil fuel to cleaner technology namely hydrogen as a clean energy.
30+ years later we actually have hydrogen motor now but experts conclude that it is not economically viable as a replacement in comparison with EV which is currently the more popular adoption in combination with producing clean electricity using renewable energy.
Anybody has any thoughts on this?
