Always remember you're unique, like everybody else.
I was mucking around with file compression for a client, when I decided I should just design a small intro for this site.
It's nothing special, but if you'd like to have a look, right click and save from this link VIDEO HERE
It's a windows .WMV file...
for those curious, the universe/earth were created in 3D, and the text composite is 2D

I wonder how it really looks
Non the less good stuff.

‘And there we are. When you push away your neighbours, your son or your daughter - if you aren’t always ready to help even those whom you don’t like, you contribute to the disintegration of your civilisation. And this is what is happening on Earth more and more, through hate and violence."

nice ... really gives you perspective on the size of that thing!
im also curious about other monuments, slightly unrelated, like the huge pyramid blocks on tongatapu island at mu'a [sounds like mu...?], and latte stones like on guam and similar type one in java called 'kalamba' [some say similar to plain of jar type jar cisterns, both arent raised like the latte are] and also their 'palindo' at bada valley [one of several 3.5 m and smaller stone statues w/faces on them].

thanks Robanan, much appreciated.Robanan wrote:AMAZING!
Afterall I think that these pictures should be shown to Desmarquet somehow, either through Tom or however we can, that guy has seen the real thing with his eye, and can update you with valuable details you could add to your scenary.
Since this little project is my artistic interpretation of the imagery "I" see when reading the book, I don't feel it necessary to ask Tom his opinion. I've spoken to Michel a few times, and I feel I'm just "illustrating" my version of the imagery.
I'm yet to model the fine details, like the city itself, the major walkway complete with statues, lighting and people [as seen in some illustrations on Meanwell.com.au] once complete, I'm sure it'll look pretty cool, as long as my PC can handle all the data [billions of polygons to compute for each frame!!!! @25 frames a sec. it's going to hurt!]
any comments and ideas for further "project imagery" more than welcome gang.
Oh, and remember, all these images are free for all around here; download them, scribble on them, mock them - just don't profit from them [but if you do, donate it to this site OK?]
Always remember you're unique, like everybody else.
