The first time I used the chakra shirt I could definitely feel it improved my mood but now the effect is minimal.
Although when I rub the shirt over my body gently sort of like a towel I feel an immediate tingling sensation and feel my mood lighten. So whenever I feel like it, such as just before bed I'll rub it along my body quickly and I think it provides better stimulation than stationary colors.
