It is important that at least the topic name of the topic being linked to be spelled out in full so that in case the link breaks or leads to a wrong topic later, it can be easily identified and corrected. You are encouraged to add the forum name as well.
As an example, here is a recommended way to link to the topic named "Colour and Psychology" in the forum named "Scientific Articles on Spiritual Aspects":
("...". stands for "see also", "you can find more info", etc., anything suitable to tell the reader why you refer the them elsewhere.)... on the topic "Colour and Psychology" in the forum "Scientific Articles on Spiritual Aspects".
Note that usually you do not need to put an unnecessary burden on yourself to link to the forum in addition to the topic, i.e. (note the difference with the text in the previous quote):
Unless, of course, the entire forum is a reason for referring the reader.... on the topic "Colour and Psychology" in the forum "Scientific Articles on Spiritual Aspects".
If you are wondering how to make links such as the ones above, here's how:
[url=http://www.goldenplanetforum.com/viewfo ... 76|"Colour and Psychology"[/url|
(Replace | with ] in your links, so the [url| and [/url| tags as well as the hyperlink address starting with http:// will be invisible, so only "Colour and Psychology" will be visible and represent the link.)
I hope all the above is clear and makes sense. If you have a question, do not hesitate to ask. If you think something can be done in a better way, please tell us.
